Was the Mitel solution server based? How much of a price difference was there? Did you set it up? Was it hard? Does it get good gas mileage?

It is server based. I think there are 3 total servers. Maybe one is the primary server, one for recording, one for conferences?

I'll talk to the guy who was primary on it. Phones is about the one thing I didn't do for the company. I helped with evaluations, then turned it over for implementation.

My memory is that it was about 1/2 off of the similarly-featured Cisco solution. We've had a few small issues (like the add-in it has to dial from Outlook only works with Outlook 2003 and earlier, not our Outlook 2007), but overall I think it's worked really well.
It's not me, it's someone else.
