That is the truth, and I'd argue it's more than self help these days. It's all of society, with one exception(*). Even before everything in entertainment went woke, men were the butt of jokes. Straight white men are "basically Hitler" according to a whole lot of people over the past decade. Meanwhile, 500 pound women are told they're not only healthy, they're sex symbols.
