Got into an argument with someone yesterday who said astrology is a proven science.

If we did an annual awards thing, this would be a finalist.

more self-made people such as Bill Gates (Microsoft), Warren Buffet (Berkshire Hathaway), Philip Knight (Nike), and Stephen Schwarzman (Blackstone Group), who had an upper middle-class upbringing and eventually built their own successful companies.
So they started on 2nd base instead of home plate? But I would like them to elaborate on where self-made billionaires and other wealthy came from.
I'd suggest that with it being an actual law that children must attend school, everyone in the USA starts on at least 1st base. Have two competent, loving parents, and that's 2nd.

The poster didn't realize that's comedian Bobby Lee on his own podcast, and Bobby does indeed get legendarily bodied on his own show.

I have seen the same joke with different people from across the political spectrum responding in several places. When you put yourself on the internet, you had better be damn sure you're in a position to say what you're going to say.

I really hope this is a joke.
Another one today...
Steven A. is maybe 130 pounds soaking wet. Rogan is a black belt and trains in MMA daily.

I think a society should also help its citizens, but two things:
1. Society just needs to assure they have opportunity not hampered by red tape or illegally acting competition. "Help" is not giving them everything. Giving people everything is genuinely the worst thing you could do to them.
2. Do these people understand where a government's money comes from? It's genuinely concerning how little they seem to understand about finances.

It's sad, but this is not a trip that should have been taken.
