Acolyte Ep 5 has been called "the best of shit" and similar things, mainly because there's a big light saber battle between a Sith (who according to canon are supposed to be extinct) and several Jedi. FYI, the Sith is wearing a light saber proof helmet. Let that sink in, and it's even worse when you consider this show is set hundreds of years before the original trilogy.

The black guy on youtube was wrong. She was on The View this week and said "I made a diss track" when asked about the "severe racism and death threats" (yeah right) about her role.Leisher wrote: ↑Mon Jun 24, 2024 11:42 am Saw a black guy (YouTuber) discussing this and he's not a left winger. First, it could be complete horseshit as their (and other streamers') numbers are hidden. It's not like the days of Nielsen. But it could be their best numbers ever.
Second, it apparently did do good numbers initially. Take that with a grain of salt though because all of Disney+'s numbers are way down. It's like being named the prettiest girl at the trans ball. Also, a lot of those early numbers were people checking it out due to morbid curiosity. "Episode 3, literally, destroys Star Wars canon." It's worth noting that after Ep3, the ratings tanked.
Third, Disney didn't talk about how the finale was the lowest rated SW finale evah.
