Went through the entire series.
Movie star rises up with his friends from the old neighborhood.
I appreciated it felt realistic about people who would always put friendship first... including punching Eminem without hesitation when he disses your boy. You get a sense these guys would kill and die for each other.
The first several seasons are light, the last couple get a little heavy, and anxiety inducing. You can only watch peeps blow their own lives up so much before you get jittery.
I just now learned there was a movie. I may not watch it.... I kind of like where these characters ended up, especially Ari. I saw the only solution to fixing his life several seasons ago.

Jeremy Piven just looks like he's a douchebag in real life, and by all accounts, that is true.

I watched it, it was basically a last, short season.
Criticisms I saw online were "It's just another season of the show, which I hated, so this also sucks."
Which is a dumb way to review probably.
But this season movie was fine. Basically a 5 episode season, to wrap it all up.
