While those things are great for weight loss, I would assume being fat does make them more dangerous. I don't know though. If I was wagering on it, I'd put money on coke and crack, but I'd be nervous about heroin.
Also, to be fair to fat people, Tosh has a bit in his standup where he talks about an obese man in prison getting stabbed 400+ times and living. So there's a perk of being fat.
