Umm....The leaked documents show what customer service reps are being trained to tell users. Instead of saying the price is going up, reps will say, "We are not raising the price of any of our plans; we are moving you to a newer plan with more benefits at a different cost." That's the talking point customer service reps are supposed to use if a customer mentions that they saw commercials "about how T-Mobile won't raise the price of my plan."

I hate phone trade-ins. Like 20% of the time something goes wrong. "Oh, we lost your trade in" or it's just late as hell, or something. TODAY T-Mobile acknowledged my trade-in from 2.5 MONTHS ago... After they charged me for a lack of trade-in,, of course.

TMobile is one of those "trade in a phone and get a new one with 24 months of credits for 'free' " where you get screwed if they don't get it.
But rather than trade in a solid 1-2 year old phone that is a nice backup to have around, I get < $100 phones off the internet to trade in.

This is probably a DUH for everyone on earth, but I just learned I can change back the usage of the power button.... on my latest pixel you need to use two hands, and press/hold two buttons... to power it off. 18 months after I got this one that had this change, I just learned you can change it back to "press/hold power button to get power menu." Sigh.
