I went OFF on a Best Buy employee a few weeks back. They owe me a replacement Surface Book for one that went bad. Had it all worked out in the store that they'd ship it to my office and it should have arrived the 12th or so.
This person calls me out of the blue to inform me that I could pick it up in the store on the 9th OR it could still be shipped to my office, but wouldn't arrive until the 26th.
The BB store is on my way home, but it was the principal of this horseshit. BB was trying to get me to be a courier for them for free and save a couple of bucks on shipping. (It would get to their store by being part of a delivery to their store containing a bunch of other items. So essentially "free" for them.) I called them out on the bullshit and the person claimed to be completely powerless to change anything nor would they put me through to a manager, so I said, "Well, I guess we have nothing else to discuss then" and hung up.
Had they been honest with me from the start, I would have happily picked it up. Lying to me from the start really pissed me off.

1. Got a Pxel 6a today, upgrading from 4a.
2. Changeover was smooth.
3. Except for Chrome. When I try to use it the little square that allows you to flip between tabs in the grid view was gone. I have no idea how I was supposed to flip between tabs. So I found instructions on how to bring that little button back. They're here:

When I did those 2 things, the little square was back and I had 8 tabs open because I had to keep making a new tab for going webpage to webpage. So that was a weird choice for the dev team to make.
