Anyway, he goes into a bar and right behind where he's sitting is a clock that says 3 p.m.

Ticker has Tom Sizemore, Steven Seagal, Dennis Hopper, Jamie Presley, a guy from Hill Street Blues, and a B list actor that usually plays the bad guy.
