There were still 2 months left! :)

Preseason I would have said UGA, Bama, OU, and OSU.

Preseason I would have said Bama, TTUN, UGA, and Cincy in that order! :D

Leisher wrote: Thu Dec 09, 2021 2:44 pm Know this: I will NOT be rooting for TTUN in the CFP, but I won't be actively rooting against them either. I already stated my ideal playoffs would see them and Cincy rout their SEC opponents and then Cincy routing TTUN in the final. However, if they happen to win it all, there will be a part of me that will be happy for certain TTUN fans, you among them. I spent some time the evening of The Game congratulating the TTUN fans I am close to on FB. (Sorry I missed you.) I will do the same IF they win it all. I won't be happy about it though.
I would actively root against OSU. However, I RARELY watch an OSU game, so, I never do actively root. But I would burn the entire B10 down if it meant OSU was going to lose. :-) I'm never happy for OSU fans. . . But I will say "Good game". So I guess that's somewhat happy? But I'd still rather they lost, so, whatever that means. And, I'm never on FB, so I didn't miss it. I used to talk a pretty good amount of shit about The Game. . . the last 20 years have been pretty humbling.

BTW, that nephew I have that was playing college ball for Wayne State is currently in Navy boot camp.

Many, many wise decisions made by his very urban, "keep it real" father led him down that path. Including going to Wayne State in the first place, and not the ivy league school he was offered a free ride to.

It has been kept real.

Oregon pushing for Kelly?
Kelly is in his fourth season as UCLA's coach and entering what would be the final year of the five-year, $23.3 million contract he signed in November 2017.

Kelly, whose Bruins are 8-4, would owe a $9 million buyout if he left for another job before Jan. 15, 2022. UCLA will face North Carolina State on Dec. 28 in the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl. The Bruins had suffered through three straight losing seasons under Kelly before breaking through this season.
<$5m a year? That's poverty wages in college today.

Kelly to Oregon feels right.

You were scooped!
We both might have been duped. 24/7 Sports is reporting TTUN's OC Josh Gattis might now be the favorite for the job. Apparently Elliot and his family are on a plane back home from VA, so a deal didn't get done.

Well, the offense wasn't exactly Clemson's #1 this past year...

NCAA agrees with common sense that fake slide from Pitt should have stopped the play.

I fully support this. Taking advantage of a rule meant to keep YOU safe is pretty shitty. Now if they could just get around to fixing the dumb targeting rule...

Saw that. I also saw several Clemson players are transferring with the OC and DC leaving. The ACC might be wide open again.

Duke has their new HC.
