In the land of billable hours, my reaction is suurrreeee.
Part of me thinks if your job is something that could be reduced easily like this I'd be worried about it being a precursor to being replaced by
re-organization or automatization in general. Or vendors.

I was on a 4-10 schedule in 1998 at Gateway. It was nice until things started going to shit and they required 60+ hour weeks to work the Y2K issue. Then we were on 5 or 6 days a week. And I started job hunting.
