Music filing quandary,,,
He's done a few very good pieces. I don't care for the bulk of his work, though.
As to filing, the real question comes down to is "Kid Rock" his name or the name of his act? Or maybe more meaningfully: do his friends call him "Kid" as if it were a first name?

And oh, saw him in concert: at one point he played every instrument on stage... well.
And I forget what album it was, but almost every song was of a different genre and style of the one previous, from straight rap to Hank Williams-style country to (old) ZZ-Top-style drinking and fucking songs. It's actually sort of impressive.

Sure, but that's referring to his act (or maybe "professional persona" is a better word).GORDON wrote:"My name is Kiiiiiiiiiiiiid.......... Kid ROCK."
Based on my online research, he still goes by his given name (Robert James Ritchie) when not in the spotlight. He also named his kid Robert James Ritchie Jr. in 1993.
I think the "K" filing wins.
