Bruce Willis plays a down and out cop who has to transport Mos Def 16 blocks in 2 hours to testify against dirty cops.
Not a horrible flick.
The acting is decent as Willis turns in his typical work and Mos Def does a good job with a well written character.
Good amounts of action and drama with nothing feeling rushed or forced. Very well paced.
This isn't the best movie or the most thrilling one you'll ever see, but it is worth a viewing.
6.5 out of 10.
16 Blocks
I'd give it 7/10. One thing about movies is that they just don't do things the way I would do them, if I were the character. If I needed someone dead, he'd be dead. Quickly. No hesitating to pull the trigger, no people untied so they could pull some heroic action.
But, that'd kill most movies, like this one.
Overall, Bruce does a good job as a cop past his prime trying to do the right thing, and Mos Def is decent.

It's not me, it's someone else.
