Politics at work

Post by Leisher »

Article states politics at work are going to start playing bigger roles as younger people want to work for companies that are active politically.

Personally, I think this is fluff. There have always been people who want to work at organizations that match their beliefs.

However, the ability to feed and clothe your family will always trump a political disagreement with your boss. (Assuming said company isn't murdering people or something like that.)

It'll work until they need a job and the boss doesn't agree with them.

Better just slap these people down early, like ripping off a bandaid.

Every major corporation's official policies are indistinguishable from woke SJW-ism. With the possible exception of Chik-fil-a and Hobby Lobby.
