The Office has said they are making 10 websiodes (2-3 minutes each) on their Website.
The problem is that the video is embedded, and not scaleable. All of which makes it hard to watch. Oh, and there's some crappy FedEx episode in front of each.
I prefer to download/control my digital media, so I did.
Step 1: Download a stand-alone FLV file player.
Step 2: URL hack each episode.
The base URL for each epsiode is: http://video.nbc.com/nbc/pd/theoffice/
The episodes 1-7 are:

Format: nbc_off_web_1##_yyyymmdd.flv
# = Epsiode #
yyyymmdd - Approximate date posted. The next will probably be 823, 830, etc. If you go to the URL above, and look at each epsiode's URL, the date will match the episode url date format.
Step 3: Download and enjoy.
