Too much sleep
6 to 8 hours seems to be the sweet spot. Interestingly, < 6 hours at night + naps is fine. 8 hours + naps not fine.
But the causality probably flows: Heart conditions, diabetes, etc that fucks you up makes you sleep more, and is what kills you, not vice versa. So it's not "Too much sleep will kill you," but rather "Sleeping too much is an indicator that you are in poor health"
