1. Seattle police caught lying about losing a police arrest video.

I'm sure those responsible are at risk of receiving a month long paid vacation.

2. This is the "armed taxation" part: No link for this one, but I saw on the news today that in Toledo they will start putting boots on vehicles that have unpaid red-light-camera tickets. This leads me to wonder... does this mean they will just patrol parking lots running license plates? Is that legal?

Red light camera corruption in Chi-town. Surely not a cautionary example of more numerous examples of widespread corruption and douchebaggery in the piggy ranks.
