CONCORD has declared this war invalid as it breaches one or more articles in the Yulai Convention.

I say we declare on those newbies who attacked us last night.

It looks like this means they undeclared on us.

Ok, actually, it means they didnt pay the warring fee.

So you can get a temporarily free war by declaring, then not paying?

How big is this n00b corp that attacked us, and do they possibly have a more advanced wing/alliance?

Actually, they are pretty big 50ish, and DO seem to have advanced players.

Maybe thats a bad idea, but it WOULD give us more reds.

The undec by the Nomads makes sense, i guess.

We haven't fired on them more than twice, and they haven't gotten any kills at all.

Insane decision on the other hand, we could expect to stick around.

Nomads are pusses. They are even lower in my book now. Abuse the system to get free pop-shots at newbies. Fuuuuuuuck them. As soon as we can, I say we redclare. Hell, I'd even consider paying the fees for UCC to redeclare on them. Pisses me off that they abused the fee structure to get free shots on us.

And I'm game for declaring on the dorks that attacked us last night. Would be interesting to see if they get in trouble for doing it. They were all poss sec, which implies the whole PKing thing was a new idea for them. Plus, they suuuuuuucked at it. Might be more worth while to bring it to their CEO's attention. And depending on his/her answer, then decide if war would be fun. I'd hate to think we had a chance cause they sucked, only to come to find out there are rouge morons and we end up at war with an anti corp that swoops in and kicks our asses.

But at this point, they've done enough for me to declare on them. Just want to make sure it's the best move at this juncture.

We could declare along with that email to the CEO giving the reasons for our declaration and the conditions under which we would consider peace, i.e. a public apology from the morons or an official public admition from the corporation that they are not anti-PK after all.

Just don't make it whiney.

I like the declare Idea along with the mail to the CEO.

I'm a big fan of reds, of all types!!

If the Yesodics undeclared for good, I'm gonna suffer from a lack of viable targets.

Well, I'll go along with the declare/email... who wants to write it... our CEO?

Saw their CEO online today and messaged him to get his perspective.

He said he thinks his peeps were way out of order, and apologized, but wanted to find out more from all of his peeps before he commented too much.

What about joining one of these alliance wars and hunting the other alliance people?

I don't think were there as a Corp yet but when we are we will definetly be a very valuable asset.

For now we should stick to the small time, corp wars in .1+ space.

If the right Alliance, cause, were to come up, I would probably change my mind, tho.

Wonder if there is a battle log that states who's doing what and when.

Got my Badger II blown up today by gate campers, two Insane Decision and two Nomads.

As far as I'm concerned, Nomads are still KOS.

. . . i.e. a public apology from the morons. . .
George Macidy, one of the culprits from the other night invited me to a private chat. I accepted just out of curiousity. Didn't intend to say anything to him.
George Macidy > Hey, I would like to
apologise about the other nite
Taran TKV > What happened there? Didn't
expect it.
George Macidy > I was kinda in the
middle, but tried to help my corp mates, not
sure who fired first
Taran TKV > I see. Figured it was a
bordom thing being that you guys were all
possitive sec.
George Macidy > We were hunting for
pirates, like usual, but not sure what
happened after that
Taran TKV > Copy that. No harm done.
George Macidy > kk....Are u an american?
Taran TKV > Yep
George Macidy > Thank goodness...am
surrounded by everyone else on the planet
here
George Macidy > Well, just wanted to
throw u an apology, and am off ratting
again...no pirates here, so might hit passari

I thought it was cute.

wtf?

Let's post that "surrounded by everyone else on the planet" comment on the Eve forum and let everyone else on the planet declare on them for their ignorance. :)
