I read a magazine review that said it wasn't the best ever, but was a good RTS game for TA lovers to play while they waited for Supreme Commander.

Earth 2160
I received LotR (the RTS) for X-Mas and heard good things so I'll be playing that until SC unless I hear more.
I did try the first Eart 2150(?) and didn't love it.

I've been reading a preview of LotR II and The multiplay sounds interesting.
There is standard RTS multi and a risk-like game where the battles can be decided by RTS or "rolled."
If you can save your progress in the Risk-like game, that'd be cool. Especially with teams or if you could have different battles going on at the same time (not on the same screen, but literally at the same time).
