How about this?
"Without downloading software" is misleading. You ARE downloading their software (ActiveX) to use it, you're just doing it through the browser instead of downloading it as a seperate package.
I don't know that there's any shennanigans going on here but they're already being misleading from the beginning so I don't trust them.

I didn't click the link because something about panda software is ringing a bell with me, but I can't remember what...
My first thought was of spyware. That might be unfair to them as I may have heard of them somewhere else, but that's what came to my mind.

“Every record been destroyed or falsified, books rewritten, pictures repainted, statues, street building renamed, every date altered. The process is continuing day by day. History stops. Nothing exists except endless present in which the Party is right.”
A local company bought the Panda antivirus software and I had to install it on their machines last month. It seems legit, and it hasn't given them any trouble.
I know they were having some installation issues, but I forgot what trick I did to allow it to install.
Anyway, they're a legit antivirus company. I just don't have much experience with them.

Speak of the devil.
I had a call at that business today and they had me remove Panda from one of the machine because "it just didn't work."
Evidently they were getting errors. I couldn't uninstall it without getting errors. I reinstalled it from CD, and then I was able to uninstall it without any trouble. I think Panda just got corrupt, and advised them to reinstall it. I don't think they will.
