It's interesting to watch a guy like him, and Robert Irvine on Food Network. Both are hard asses and both get criticism for it. I find it hilarious that they do because to me its obvious that they're simply breaking people of their bad habits and attitudes and molding them back up with discipline.

Neither yell at everybody. Their methods change based on who they're dealing with. I think the key is that you need to want to be there. For example: If you went drinking with Ernest Hemmingway and he was screaming instructions at you on how to drink better, you'd probably listen.
