This is dependant on your engineering and other skills, but:

2x 125s or 150s with antimatter/lead 2x standard missles launcher
1x small shield booster 1-2x shield amps for mission damage 1x shield extender(if not two hardeners)
2x Power Diagnostic Units

Optional for mission: 1x small cap charger, 1 offline After Burner, for looting.
