F^D - Fatal Destiny
War Status: TKV Victory
Current Score: TKV 7, F^D 2 (as of 11/06/2001)

We meet this happy guild in the depths of a dungeon. A friend of TKV was trying to harvest some gold with his pet dragon when F^D decided that his dragon, and then he, should die. Now, having just shown up with his pet and had yet to kill anything, there really was no reason, other than cause they could, to kill the dragon and our friend. So, we invited them to war. Being the big bad O/C warring guild they are, they happily accepted. We don't like grief players, and F^D fits that description. So, watch F^D fade away. . . . .

9/27/2001 - Our first real fight with F^D. TKV 3, F^D 0.

The war started around the 21st and after a few days of hunting and scouting, we finally see F^D in Moonglow. The attacks begin. However, instead of fighting, F^D stood by their blue healers and talked down to TKV. I don't remember what all was said, but it made little sense. Not sure if this was a demoralizing tactic or what. But, it made no sense to us. We moved on as nothing was going to happen. Later, again we see F^D in Glow. This time, they were fighting some other guild. Alex jumped in. One of the F^D actually said "Back off TKV." and moved on with their healers. Hmmmm. Odd behavior, but, who cares. F^D was chased out of town by the other guild. It wasn't until about 5 days after the new wars started that TKV started seeing fights. The first one was with Alex and Uther Pendragon. Uther did alot of running and hiding out in the woods. Alex kept on the chase. Eventually, Uther stopped to fight finally. After starting a combo, he started paralyzing. That's when his friend showed up. They tag teamed, no, they gang banged Alex and he went down fairly quickly. Good move F^D. It was stated "He's pretty good, but still easy." We'll see. So, like pretty much every other war we've been in, F^D drew first blood.

Within a couple nights, an unusually large TKV hunting party of 4 went looking for enemies. We started with the house hiders. The orange in that area thinned out to none, and we moved on. We went to Moonglow. Alex was the first one there and ran into 3 F^D. He was able to hide and they were looking. While waiting for backup, he was keeping tabs on them. They were looking for him. When backup started showing up, Alex made his move. The 3 F^D laid into Alex with a fury. With F^D rapid firing the para's and combos, Alex was popping pouches and going 100% defensive. The other 3 TKV were trying to jump in. Things were fast and furious for quite some time (in battle time anyway). Eventually, F^D's organization started failing, and they started falling.

We killed all three F^D and took no losses. We saw a 4th F^D for a second, but he cleared out. Welcome to our world. . .

9/28/2001 - Revenge is a dish best served cold. . . . TKV 1, F^D 0.

Remember the story about Alex chasing Uther, and Uther calling in support and getting Alex? Well, same thing, but in reverse.

He chose to talk trash this time about 1 on 1's and such. Blah blah blah. So far, total for the war TKV has 4 kills, F^D has one.

10/6/2001 - Found one, killed him twice. Took one loss though. TKV 2, F^D 1.

Tonight we find Fallen running around Glow. Being mostly evasive and trying to separate us. Can't blame him, we had 3. He even succeeded at one point and got Javalin. But, Alex was right there to interrupt the looting, and just a few minutes later, we got him.

A little while later, he shows up again. We were more efficient with this one and didn't chase nearly as long.

11/6/2001 - Wow. It's been a full month since we've seen any F^D. But, we did, and we got him. One more for TKV, none for F^D.

While scouting for enemies, we came across one by the name of Hesphateus. We found him in Moonglow and Jav and I beat up on him a bit. He ran off. While talking about our latest encounter, he ran back up and started casting on me. He hit me pretty hard before he had to bug out. This time, we stood ready for him. But would he be crazy enough to make another pass? Yep. He charged back in and we jumped on him pretty good. He started running immediately. Got a couple spells off, and there was a heavy hally hit by Jav, and Hesp went down.

I wasn't sure if I should respect his bravery, or mock his ignorance for fighting 3 people. Then he spoke. Started babbling about a gank. Ummmmm moron? YOU were the one that decided to come back to the 3 on 1 for a THIRD time. Where I come from, that's not a gank, that's suicide. But hey, to each his own. Thanks for the stuff and hope you enjoyed the res kills for the trash talk. Think he learned anything?
