So I was thinking about the 5 champ rule, and trying to figure out my champs.

So far, here's what I've got:
AD Miss Fortune - Screw those rankings that don't have her higher up the list, I'm having a ball with her.

AP Teemo (Super) - At first I played him AD, then I moved to AP, but was only ok. Then played against a kick ass Teemo and stole his build. Now I've been doing some really good mid and late game damage with him.

AD Tryndamere - The LoL equivalent of a middle finger.

AP Cho'Gath - The most annoying character in the game according to some.

And from there, I'm stuck. So I declare that I don't have a 5th at the moment. I'm open to suggestions.

I've played Twitch before, but he's broken. Although, that might change with the upcoming invisibility rework.

Lately, I've given Heimerdinger, Mundo, Shaco, and Nautilus runs. Ashe is always an easy jump, but Cake plays her well.

I'm looking at Graves (a natural AD fit), and Ahri (a mid laner) this week, and keeping an eye on Fiora.

Thoughts?

Oh, is anyone out tonight? If everyone's playing I'll play, but I'm hoping we miss a night tonight, tomorrow, or Thursday. Let me know when folks might not make it and let's plan a night off. I hate getting on thinking we're playing and then nobody shows.

And let me know what you think about my Teemo idea in that post, seeing as you've actually got him on your list i figured i might see if you'd be willing to try it? I can get a MobaFire page built so you can see exactly what you'd be trying, but I'm sure you'll get the idea.

By the way, Cake, I loved seeing double top go steal red from a team with a jungler. I think that should be our new thing if we don't have a jungler. Or even just start the jungler over there with his escorts?

Hit hit me harder than I thought it would and almost died to it. Could have pulled off earlier, but that would have meant the AD carry was taking damage. Which I guess would be ok. But ya. I liked it too. Worked out for us.

P.S. If we're going to continue to do draft mode, we need to create a list of champs we want banned.

My list right now would be:
Rammus
Morgana
Ziggs

I don't have a problem with that list. We should make it 10 deep though for when they simply don't have Ziggs, etc. So, from there, I'd add:

Amumu

Beyond that, hard to say. There aren't many champs that I hate seeing on the other team. It's not until they are played really well and they own us that I wish they were banned. Champs that when they are played well we don't have a counter for:

Kayle
Udyr
Kaitlyn

Maybe past those first three we go with who the popular choices are for banning? Because I don't agree with any part of that list. One Kayle in 500 games kicked ass. One Udyr in 500 games. I don't ever remember a Kaitlyn owning. Doing well? Yes. Owning? Not so much.

Remember that really kick ass Swain we saw that one time? Other than him, they've all been ridiculously manageable. So I wouldn't ban him.

you're going to face players who can take champions to awesome levels, but that doesn't mean you should ban that champ.

You've done awesome with Noc lately on TT, but I guarantee he's never banned.

I went 21/2/10 in our second game last night, but I guarantee that team wasn't saying, "Next game, let's ban Miss Fortune."

So I think our list shouldn't be about who has owned us, but which champs give us trouble EVERY time we see them thanks to their unique abilities.

They all fit that criteria. Off hand, I'm not sure who else does...? I'd say Lee Sin does too, but is that more a TT thing? Ahri? Irelia? Akali?Blitzcrank? Heimerdinger?

I disagree with Kayle. Last 5 times I've seen her, she's dominated. So, 500 games, yes, I agree with you. But a smaller, recent sample is the opposite. Not sure if she got buffed recently or what. But she's come out of her shell. . .

I like the idea of banning Soraka. I think I saw her in all 3 games last night (at least 2, for sure), and in all the games she completely shut down Singed's flip with her silence. MAYBE Soraka wasn't in the 2nd game... and that was the game in which Singed did well.

You could also switch lanes and/or buy that armor thing that blocks enemy abilities. I think it only does it once every 45-60 seconds. But still.

Well then remember that, and then everybody laughs when I suggest I solo mid with Singed.

I'm just suggesting that it isn't coincidence we saw Soraka in most/all of the 3 games we played last night. Soraka shuts down AP characters.

P.S. Next time instead of another Deathcap, I'm buying a Staff of the Void. +70 magic penetration plus whatever ability points (I think 80)

Just wanted to point out that the 3 or so draft pick games we played last night, i had no masteries or rune pages. When i had reinstalled all my steam games WoW and League to move to my D:\ drive, i didn't realize that all my pages would be reset...

Normally i have very specific mastery pages and Rune pages set up for each build.

Second just wanted to apologize for my poor play that evening, with the missing runes and masteries on top of just a slightly different style of game and players/stratagies (NEVER have a seen a team coordinated enough to attempt that blue gank), i was just having a bad night gaming wise and did not play very well as far as team coordination. My mind just wasn't in the game, wasn't focused/paying attention to what was going on around the map.
