Fed goes 50 basis points on the cut, which is a bit of a surprise. 25 points was the expectation.

Yes. (Though, not if you are a Republican who wants Trump to win, but it's probably too late in the election cycle to do anything before the election).

The fact that the first one had every opportunity to do something and only failed due to a fluke head turn probably should be investigated more than it has been.
Not even from a conspiracy theory standpoint, but from a "are we this incompetent and are our new generations of soldiers this shitty" aspect?

SS used to actually mean something, like they had a training ammo budget that rivaled the Marine Corps, and the entire NSA for intel.
Now.... it appears to be a DEI program.
I honestly wonder if the president gets the real agents, and the ex-prezes get the DEI hires to make the books look good.

Thank goodness rich people can afford to get richer!
Seriously though, I'll get excited about the economy when I see consumer prices actually falling. If lunch yesterday was any indication, they're still going up.

Deflation is worse than inflation.
Although, energy prices sure are down. Gas, natural gas, oil.

Is it? Or is that just a lie the haves tell the have nots so they can keep squeezing them for more money?
That's my last post for today, so I wanted to go out on a high note. Apologies, but I have to head into a meeting, then another at our new offices across town. Why am I apologizing? Because I had a booby post that'll have to wait until tomorrow. I'm off, so I should have time.
