HBO/Cinemax free long weekend, so went crazy with the programming guide and DVR.
I like sports movies so I gave this one a watch, especially since it has Clint Eastwood. It isn't so much a sports movie as it is one about the talent scouts, particularly about one really old one who may or may not be over the hill, and his relationship with his estranged daughter.
It had just enough sports and Clint Eastwood in it for me to keep watching.... take away those two things and it becomes a straight chick flick about feelings. As it is, serviceable movie.
