Hello, free publicity for an otherwise shitty C-movie. Somewhere, in some afterlife, Oscar Wilde is laughing extremely hard right now.

The director promised that the sequel would make original look like “My Little Pony.”
He succeeded.
Here's the plot:
A (mentally challenged?) man with a horrific lot in life watches The Human Centipede, a LOT, and decides to do it in real life.
Let's get the obvious point out of the way right now, this movie is about 9 light years beyond disgusting. You will see horrific things if you watch this film. Seriously, whatever you're thinking, and imagining, it's worse than that. Far worse. This isn't just about a human centipede this time. I don't want to spoil anything, so if you don't want to know skip to the next paragraph, but in this film, you'll see a lot more victims, blatant murder, rape, shit eating, and the killing of a newborn among other things.
However, as bad as the first film was, this film is actually well made. I'm not kidding.
Tom Six filmed this thing in black and white, and it works really well. Blood is just black on screen, and it really removes a lot of the gore, which can be distracting. It's a smart move.
Also, his casting choices were spot on. The main character is incredible. The guy weighs 300 pounds, is about 5'5", could easily be one of the ugliest human beings to ever be filmed, but he's brilliant.
The other actors were either hit or miss. The two worst actors were the first young man in the film, and the upstairs neighbor.
Also, there's a twist, which is an interesting for both this film and the original.
Should you see it? Maybe. Look, I'm a film buff and involved with a company that focuses on horror entertainment. I look beyond the "gross" and just see a movie. Make no mistake that this movie is just about the "gross". If you're looking for gross, see this movie. If you're looking for a really unique actor and performance, and don't mind the gross, see this movie. I saw this movie mainly because I saw the first one, and I had to see what they did to top it.
On a different note, one thought made me laugh during the middle of one of the most horrific moments in the movie: "It's amazing what some people will agree to do just to be in a movie."
