I haven't seen anything yet but there is no way that they would leave out stormshadow. Snake-eyes has to have someone to have a badass ninja sword fight with. They just haven't shown him yet.

Remember, Ray Park is short and Stormshadow is Asian, however, he needs to have the mask on.

For a military operation they have a pretty lax dress code.

Joseph Gordon Levitt as Cobra fucking Commander.
Cobra Commander has never had his helmet off to my knowledge. If they do the same in the film it might work.
If not, it could easily be the worst casting ever.

Yeah, when he'd the helmet he just looked like a normal Cobra goon w\ a visor. But if you're going for the helmet/hood look, then you're choosing him for what ... voice? Recognition?
