I can't believe I haven't raved about this show here before.

The year before Aaron Sorkin created The West Wing, he created Sports Night. Sports Night has all the things that made The West Wing so good; interesting characters, excellent writing, and good stories. Sure, sometimes they all act like liberal pussies, but it's still good stuff.

And I should also point out that I hate sports, yet I love this show. The setting is generally unimportant. It's about the characters and the writing.

Good stuff. One of my all-time favorites. And it's a real shame that it only lasted two seasons.

Million years ago I remember liking an HBO show called "First & 10," but I don't like sports either.

I actually generally enjoy sports-themed movies.

When this show was on, I watch a bit of it... it was good, but not great.

Loved this show.

There was definitely a touch of liberalism, but it was muted in favor of humor and statements of humanity, not politics.

Watching it again, I must admit that it goes into a slump around episode 16, but it pulls out again by episode 20.

It's on Netflix now.

I am 3 episodes in... this show is great. You like the characters from the first episode, and you start to care about them by the second.
