Michael Moore's movie about how American health care sucks, especially compared to Cuba.
Cuba banned the movie because it was bullshit and they didn't want their population getting pissed off wondering where their awesome health care was:

I've said it before, I'll say it again: American health care is fine. It's the insurance that is broken, and the new Obamacare plan forces us to deal with insurance companies. It's bizarro world.

Castro's government apparently went on to ban the film because, the leaked cable claims, it "knows the film is a myth and does not want to risk a popular backlash by showing to Cubans facilities that are clearly not available to the vast majority of them."
