The work it's based on is actually called "A Couple of Dicks", but that couldn't be approved.

Looks decent. Seems like Bruce is the straight man for Tracy.

A cute flick. Not overly hilarious. Not a great story. Not great action. Just cute.

It seems like it could have either used more time to flesh out the side characters and plots or dumped some of them.

Rent it when it hits the $1 rack.
