Val Kilmer walks into a newspaper and claims to have 6 people trapped in a steam room to test the effects of global warming.
Armand Assante is a cop trying to figure out if what Val is saying is real or if he's nuts.
Despite a decent performance from Val and Armand Assante, this film is complete and utter trash.
Avoid it like the plague.
