Chris Klein is a former mega TV star whose now living in his former co-star's garage and desperately searching for an acting job.

After a terrible audition, he flees Hollywood and drives as far as he can, eventually ending up in a small Nevada town. There he gets mixed up with a drug ring and needs his fellow actors to help him get out of trouble.

Remember how Fargo was funny, but quirky funny? This film goes for that same feel. It gets it right at times, but fails more often than not. It seems like it tries too hard...

The plot is really, really, really weak. It falls apart under any sort of examination.

The acting is sub-par for the most part. Chris Klein's performance is hit or miss, his actor friends are all phoning it in (the fat guy is obviously Jack Black...not really, but that's who the part was written for or that's who they're mocking), and the bit players aren't given enough to work with. Although, Jake Busey is really good, and stunningly, Fred Durst is fantastic. That's not a typo.

Fred plays a guy that's "off", and he does it really well (Cue the "that's not acting" jokes).

Anyway, despite Durst and Busey putting in good performances, I can't recommend this to anyone. It just isn't entertaining enough, and it's no Fargo.

3 out of 10.
