Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (Sean of the Dead/Hot Fuzz) in the British TV series they made before they were making movies.

Been watching my DVD's of "The Complete Series," which is actually 2 seasons, 7 episodes each, 25 minute per episode.

And it is pretty damned good, more so if you have been fans of their movies and are eagerly awaiting the 3rd movie of the "Cornetto Trilogy." It's great seeing all of their homages to other films. Also, "Jar Jar Binks makes the Ewoks look like Shaft." True story.

Also, apparently you are allowed to drop the F bomb on TV in the UK.

Also, these guys got rights to all of this 80's pop music for the DVD release, but WKRP in Cincinnati couldn't? Christ.

Buy it.

Sitting in my DVD rack right now. I have this problem though with things I know I am going like being over and so I watch them at a real slow pace so I haven't seen any yet but but from what I have heard from others it kicks ass.

I remember seeing AliG/Borat/Bruno and some other shows while there and them saying all sorts of stuff and showing boobies.

On the topic of good BBC shows The Mitchel and Webb Look is a great sketch comedy show on the BBC.

I was afraid that compared to their movies it would be lame and the comedy not as polished and I would be disappointed, so I put off watching it since xmas... I needn't have worried. The show is great.

Finished the series. Most excellent.

Watched the extras-documentary called "Skip to the End." I kept wondering what was coming at the end. WOW.... they were right about skipping to the end.

Anyone else see it?

Oh yes. The power of christ compels you.

Even if you just watch the last 5 minutes.

It was a hell of a surprise, and a nice moment for the characters.
