Be warned, the same fuckers that wrote "House of the Dead 2" wrote this. On the other hand, released on Sam Raimi's label starring Ken Foree, Sig Haig, & Victoria Pratt.
This was shot to look like an independent film, something that you could theoretically pull off in your basement ... if you had sufficient industry connections to land some big-ass (far as the genre goes) names.
That being said, I point you to the first paragraph. There was apparently a decision to make the film go like this ...
Start the film at time X. You'll be ping-ponging from "a day before X" to "an hour after X" to "half a day before X" then to "six hours after X" about every fifteen or twenty minutes. Whoever made that editing decision needs to be shot. It's made worse by the fact that the cast is small & wears the same costumes for most of the film. The only way you can tell that it's a time prior to X is if you catch the summary line at the bottom of the screen at the sequence's beginning.
The soundtrak is virtually nonexistent, the plot is so contrived & ripped-off that when the "twist" comes, you either won't care or you'll be throwing your drink at your TV, screaming obscenities about how contrived & ripped-off the plot is.

Medieval vampire demigod is killed. Years later, a couple humans stumble on his remains. One accidentally cuts himself on the fangs of the skull & starts transforming into the reincarnation. A vampire hunter learns about this & attempts to use that dude's brother to track him down & kill the still-morphing demigod.
Imagine the shittiest Dracula movie you've ever seen, then rape that storyline w\ an inbred, retard, K-Mart version of "The Usual Suspects." The unholy offspring might look something like this movie. Also has to be the THE WORST ENDING I've ever seen. You expect some sort of climactic clash between the hunter protagonist & the vampire you've spent ninety minutes hearing about & not seeing (a la Keyser Soze)? Hah.
This flick makes "Blade : Trinity" look like Oscar material.
