This is one of the Ghost House Underground independent films.
A couple of guys rob a bank and head into the sewers for their getaway. The problem is that a serial killer is in the tunnels.
This film was made in Russia or somewhere close as everything is subtitled and you can't help but notice the "CCCP" bag being dragged around.
The script is extremely weak, the translations are pretty bad, the voiceover voices don't match the characters, etc. The director made some really bad choices in trying to setup a sense of dread for the audience by using long shots of dimly lit tunnels, shots of the not supernatural killer appearing then disappearing, etc.
There is nothing new here either. Even the killer's collecting of eyes has been done before.
Not a well made film.
