Written by Umberto Eco.
Ever read The DaVinci Code? Well, read this and you'll know where Dan Brown got all that stuff. Only this book knows it's all BS. Or is it...
This book is alternately hilarious and incomprehensible. I swear I couldn't figure out what it was talking about half the time, because it was written by an Italian professor of some kind of post-modernism. He also wrote The Name of the Rose, which was turned into a pretty decent movie starring Sean Connery (pbuh).
It's about 700 pages, which takes me a month because I don't have any free time.
