I remember the first one as being pretty funny. If I remember it correctly they tried to copy the formula for the first film exactly. There's a sheriff, a hot chick, a mean old lady who cares for the croc, and a stupid, rich hunter with lots of toys.
They did a good job with the formula, but everything is B-list where the first film was all A-list stuff.
If you liked the first, you'll like this one. Ditto if you like comedy mixed with your "horror". There's some mild T&A too.
A decent second tier film.
