Peeps keep dieing in that dance academy in Italy...

1977 Italian horror flick. Great production values... I have a feeling that this movie was to horror that Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon was to rock music. It has better cinematography than any other 70's movie I've seen. Its pacing is very European, though. Meaning, overly slow in places. Bad unless you like a to watch a girl make frustration faces in 45 second chunks followed by a completely unneeded shot of it raining outside for another 15 seconds.

I'm pretty sure there was an homage to this flick in Saw II.

The '70s were the great heyday of bloody Italian films. You should check out "Cannibal Holocaust".
