So they changed the only thing cool and different about the movie... the cross country race getting points for wasting pedestrians.

Early call: this movie sucks.

Let's not forget that Machine Gun Joe is Tyrese Gibson. One of the few roles Stallone did a decent job on & someone's gonna taint it.

Yeah, this inmate thing is fucked up. Frankenstein was supposed to be the folk hero. How'd he get locked up in prison? Probably got framed or something by some white supremacists.

Making them prisoners takes the "evil" out of the movie. Nobody cares if prisoners die.

Also, I'm sure a lawyer told them "If some kids do this for real..."
