This is the worst show on all of television.

I don't mean badly produced, or written, or whatever.

I mean morally bad.

It's one thing for American Idol to parade out young, talentless hacks to make fun of. The people are young and/or fame whores anyways.

But taking people with little money who've borrowed or taken their whole retirement savings and invested into their dreams, and then ridiculing them or prostituting them on tv... is just wrong. Yeah, I know it's a free country - don't bother responding to tell me. Taking a deaf kid who's grown up deaf his whole life, and just wants a chance to develop something to help him communicate, or talk to a cute girl, and then just letting it go after he poured his heart out in front of a national television?

Wrong.

I hope those producers rot in hell.

I watched last season and thought it was pretty cruel.

Maybe I'm a little grumpy today, but the episode I watched just pissed the hell out of me. They spent half the episode today so you could get every gut-wrenching detail of the old guy who blew his retirement savings and got his dreams crushed and on the emotional tale of the deaf kid who had a hard time growing up and just wanted a chance to be a little more normal.

If you're morally offending me, you have to be doing something incredibly wrong.
