I neither patronize nor encourage luddites without reason. However ... WHY THE FUCK won't movie theaters do this? The one place I'd like to see it happen ...

I think it's been a couple years and... maybe a dozen? trips to the theater since I've heard a phone.

I don't know if I've ever heard one... but I've definitely seen people's bright screens while they texted during the movie.
