Smart bombs are dangerous cause they do area damage. So, any sentry guns or other good guy targets in the area get hit too. This brings in Concord, or just makes you attackable depending on sec rating of the system. Many missions have civilian structures floating about, so you'd have to be careful.

Other than that, I don't know anything about them or their effectiveness.

I've got an extra high point in my Moa, and one of these is all that will fit. After I use it a bit I'll let you know how it goes.

Never got to use it in my Moa. Can't get close enough no matter how much I try.
