I find it to be hilarious.
State Representative Mia McLeod's bill would require a man to wait 24 hours to get a prescription for Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs. In addition, a man desiring the drug would need to get a signed affidavit from a sexual partner stating he has erectile dysfunction, see a sex therapist, and undergo cardiac stress tests every three months to ensure he is healthy enough to engage in sex.
"I purposely tried to make it as invasive, as intrusive, as hypocritical, and unnecessary as possible to make the point," McLeod told NBC News 2.
