Because the wild caught kind is dying off rapidly. Means you can have the shitty farmed kind with flesh they have to dye to match the real thing.

King salmon runs in Alaska and the Great Lakes are fine.

That graph doesn't really mean much.

Wild salmon capture is down because farm raised salmon production is way up.

Was your point about wild salmon numbers being way down or farm raised salmon being the primary source for our tables? Because those wild salmon numbers are only down in drought stricken California.
