1500 were given out at comic cons in NYC to Marty lookalikes. The others are reportedly getting sold on Amazon on 21-Oct. I can't find any product entry yet. It's that time of year when I get some Wednesday off, so I'll be using one next week.

Pepsi appears to have fucked this up in a big way. Sold out before it was available for purchase.
706 reviews, most of them very pissed.
This didn't even pop up in the search!
That's been my complaint since they announced this. In other words, you could only buy this shit if you had a direct link to the product from somewhere else.

So is it a different recipe, or just a new bottle?

Same Pepsi as you've always known. Just the bottle and the pseudo-pneumatic tube are new.

I only drink the "Real Sugar" flavor. It is the superior flavor.

There is nothing superior about any type of Pepsi.
Dr. Pepper, Coca-Cola, Mr. Pibb, these are all pretty good. Pepsi is nasty.

Jolt Cola remains my true love. So elusive...
Jolt was extreme back in the days when extreme was spelled with only one x.

RC had a version that was out briefly in the 90s that was awesome. Had hints of chocolate without being a full-blown chocolate soda.
In the mid-1990s, RC released Royal Crown Draft Cola, billed as a "premium" cola using pure cane sugar as a sweetener, rather than high fructose corn syrup. Offered only in 12-ounce bottles, sales were disappointing, due largely to the inability of the RC bottling network to get distribution for the product in single-drink channels, and it was quickly discontinued with the exceptions of Australia, New Zealand and France. It is now available only in New Zealand, parts of Australia and Thailand and also Tajikistan.
Yes, that stuff. Was the bomb.

That site is apparently only good for native kiwis.

"Our concern is that it is glamorizing and marketing adult behavior to kids," said a Brown deputy, Fred Garcia.
You have got to be shitting me. You decided to draw the line at motherfucking cola? By the way, that's "Brown" as in "Lee Brown, drug czar" and all-around fucking idiot.
"I do not object to draft root beer or to draft cola," Kullie said. "But this commercial, with the neon sign in the window of a bar, the association is obvious and intentional. To me, an under-age drinker will say, 'I can drink this and feel as cool as if drinking a beer.' "
That would be professional fear-mongerer from MADD. Let's even assume the worst case, someone buys a case of RC and tries to get drunk to no avail. This is making an argument that soda's a gateway drug to beer. Just wtf?
By the way, here's some Nitro Cola:

Which looks nothing like bottled beer.

I was an RC man until Pepsi with sugar came out..... except I will only buy the Pepsi when it is on sale at Walmart for $3/12 pack. I stock up during sale week. If I am out of cola, and need cola, and the Pepsi isn't on sale, I still get RC.
I refuse to spend more than $3.33 on a 12-pack of sugar water. That's been the RC price at Walmart for at least 8 years.

Been getting outbid on eBay all over. 20 minutes left on my current auction. Still got high bid. These fucking things are going for 2000% profit or more. 6.5K bottles x ~$400 each. Someone got a hell of a nice kickback.

30s left. Fuck yeah.
EDIT: GODDAMNIT. Outbid at the last five seconds.

Woohoo. Snagged one for relatively cheap. I saw the new ones in boxes going for upwards of $450. Got mine for 2/3rds of that with free shipping to boot. Hell, I think I'll let my cheapo bids ride in the other 4 auctions and resell on the off chance I suck. Anyone want a piece of the action if that occurs? I remember catt selling Wiis back in the day. This ain't much different.
EDIT: So I paid, and read the fine print in the listing. Looks like he could theoretically cancel the order because I don't have a buy history 10 items deep.

Paid and sale is confirmed. W00t. I got winning (so far) bids in a couple other auctions.
