Handicapped woman gets parking space at apartment.
Self absorbed non-handicapped bitch promptly starts parking in it, and leaves a nasty note for handicapped woman.

Sounds like some gasoline and a match on the offending car will fix that problem right up.

The note was a courtesy, tow truck drivers are always looking for someone to tow.
