I wonder if this goes beyond just shitty customer service.... I wonder if it is peeps who don't like broadband monopolies and and trying to make Comcast look like the shitheads they know they can be since you don't have any options.

Too much coordination. It's Comcast selling out to the lowest and shittiest support vendors they can find.
