Sounds like they weren't going to mess with Steam. So it wouldn't have been so bad. Does anyone even play PS4 and Xbox anymore?
Seriously, though, the article calls malicious tweets and a Denial of Service attack "hacks". Really? Has the word so completely lost it's meaning that this is acceptable?

I still find it amusing when someone comes across their friend's cell phone, posts a selfie of themselves on the owner's facebook page, and says, "Hacked!" Amusing that they call it "hacked." I don't take it personal or anything.
My kid plays on XBox Live all the time. He'd be upset, especially over xmas break, when it is the main contact he will have with his friends. So yeah, mainly it would be kids the hackers would upset.
