I appreciate that having a colostomy bag is a shitty situation (intended).
I appreciate that peeps should not feel ashamed of having one, because shit happens (intended).
I appreciate it is just a medical condition and they shouldn't feel like they can't wear a bikini because of it.
But, ew. I find it to be icky.

She ought to walk around with a couple bags on. One should be fake and filled with a mixture of iced yea and yogurt. Or perhaps miso.
